When Galaxy buds 2 preorder offer is going to be live ?

We were supposed to redeem the preorder offer from 1st October in India.... But after calling the customer care... I am informed that its not live yet. Do amyone has any idea when can we redeem the voucher which we were supposed to get...

I am also trying to avail the pre book offer of watch 4 but they told me to check on 7th Oct.
Also i haven't received the 6k voucher
