Wavo voucher redemption issue

I'm facing an issue with Wavo voucher redemption and getting the attached error so if anyone can help please

what device you are using, and in which region you are using the device, Also are you able to redeem other vouchers?

Hi .. I suggest you to reset Samsung Members app by going to Device settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Storage > Clear data

it's fake.. after using the voucher, they ask for a subscription if you want to watch game of thrones

Check if the voucher has been previously downloaded or not.

The voucher worked for me
