I claimed my items they were aproved how do I track it or else I am sending this phone back to the shop if sumsang doesn't answer cuz it's been more than 14 working days

Patience is key, you can't track unless they gave you a courier waybill number. Even when they eventually do it usually starts tracking a day after sometimes. It's quite a popular promo so the demand is huge.
