I am so upset about my purchase i got a Mtn Contract S2q saying im able to claim my free 58" tv for free i did it im still waiting they called and said i am not going to get it i am so mand thats why i took the S2q series for the deal
Hi Sunflower, I hear you and agree 100 %. I went through the same sh1t with my two S21 5G handsets purchased in March. I have tried every way and not even a reply from Samsung. Very disappointed and let down by a world class tech company. If you find a way let me know.
