This post is directed to Maps 07, forum moderator. Have a look at the posts over the last 7 days. Can you see the frustration levels people have regarding the "Free-Bee's" that are promised when purchasing these highly expensive products? On this Member's App, why don't you  place a Formal communication in the Help section, laying out step by step the process people should follow to be assured they get their goods. Also explain (Officially) how these 3rd parties play their role in the promotion.  But please, don't remain silent, say something or at least enter into a private conversation with agitated customers to reassure them.
