i sent it on the 26th of August then they said 24-72hours till today nothing, when i phone they are escalating when i mail i dont even get a reply so no use. mail phoned send proof of purchase tracking number imei number everything numerous times

that is horrible service.we promised a gift when purchasing but it seems to be more of a problem now.
