Still no sterilizer....Tomorrow will be 8 weeks since I submitted my claim, I have numerous references numbers and convos confirming that my claim was successful yet I still have nothing.

This is absolutely unacceptable.

How come dome people received theirs withing a week etc and some are STILL waiting for some sort of feedback.
