I have submitted my claim for the UV Sterilizer,I haven't received any feedback from Samsung,I contacted the text chat,they said my claim was successful and I should send my tracking number to email@example.com
Which I have done and still no response.
Its nearly 2 weeks now.
I've seen people receive theirs within a week.
Can somebody please shed some light...am I missing something?

i sent it on the 26th of August then they said 24-72hours till today nothing, when i phone they are escalating when i mail i dont even get a reply so no use. mail phoned send proof of purchase tracking number imei number everything numerous times
