I have submitted my claim for the UV Sterilizer,I haven't received any feedback from Samsung,I contacted the text chat,they said my claim was successful and I should send my tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org
Which I have done and still no response.
Its nearly 2 weeks now.
I've seen people receive theirs within a week.
Can somebody please shed some light...am I missing something?
I'd just like to ask,what happens when the claim time has lapsed? I have put through my claim etc but there aren't many days left.will I then not get the sterilizer even though I submitted on the 15th of September.
ive bwen waiting 42 days and still nothing, muktiple emails, calls and not a peep from anyone, you are scamming people to get your devices sold, i done everything i needed to do and still nothing, its an absolute disgrace. is there a global email contact you have for me please of someone high up in Korea?
