Telkom False advertising

So in the telkom online booklets and instore booklets it says purchase any samsung device and win guaranteed prizes,so I opted for the galaxy A71..now.....telkom can't explain how the process works to claiming theses prizes and samsung denies knowing anything about the promo.someones lying here

I going through the same thing with MTN, I have been waiting for these galaxy buds since last year October...I think Samsung is being dishonest.

Also had the same problem only found out after I had to call and query that it was only certain networks...... Got excited for nothing,very disappointing,mind you the Sales lady that processed everything for me was not informed either.

If Samsung can't verify the promotion then it's most likely a marketing tactic by the outlet you went through to get sales!
