Some app are crush

I used galaxy A72 . Some app are crush or not responding or issue detected. I have latest security patch september installed but why samsung can,t optimization A series smart phone . Recently samsung provide one ui 3.1.1 in flagship smartphone . Samsung cant provide one ui 3.1.1 in A series samrt phone

Me too facing same issue and after speaking with the customer service nothing get it will change this set soon

Remove memory card if have and also delete waste apps so not facing
