Samsung have a real problem with there offers 

I regester in the promotion they have in the samsung wallet . 

I have the S23 ultra , i activated the offer , i used my samsung pay many times . But still i have no Evouture from them !!

Kindly check the Redemption Mechanism of Samsung Wallet Voucher for selected models only:

1- Register debit/credit card on S-Wallet and complete one transaction.

2- From S-Wallet App, go to Vouchers > Select​ Samsung.com E-Voucher.

3- Copy the voucher code and go to​ shop.samsung.com, and redeem the voucher.

It will take some time to get the voucher. I got the voucher after 1 month. But the voucher is only applicable to some specific purchases and is not useful.
