If Samsung could just let all its members know about special deals such as the one on the Note 20 ultra 5g were you could get a 32inch TV, would have been nice, but will only post it once you buy the handset.

yea, it's not like no one will say, not thank we don't want a 32inch HD TV... but again this is how South Africa likes.to do business, cause if you don't claim they keep.it for them selfs...
I think the cellphone companies we are contracted to should include promos when they're delivering the devices as it is part of the deal and it is them who is doing the promotion
I had same issue no help with that I got a email confirmation with reference etc then another to say sorry I didn't win the TV even though I have the screen shot with the deal samsung logo and all and then it was no your TV license details are incomplete I spose it ill have to locate everything and follow up again
