Samsung trade in promotion

Hi there

Just in case anyone else hasn't received their money for your old phone when you traded it in for the S22 on pre-order promotion. I followed up today as I had previously received an email stating that my old device was successfully processed and I that they would submit payment on the 28th of March.

Basically this is what they have said 

Dear Customer,

Samsung South Africa apologises for the delay in your payment. The Samsung S22 Series Guaranteed Value Campaign has been such a success that we have run into a bit of a backlog.

Please bear with us. Your Guaranteed Value will be remitted within the next 7 days.

Hi, yes. I received the money last week. They mentioned a delay due to unexpected demand for this promo.

I would like to confirm did you receive a confirmation email when you applied for it immediately?
I was concerned because I haven't received any feedback to confirm my application
