Galaxy Note 10 is set to arrive on August 7. Yeah, the next Note 10 flagship smartphone launches next week. The Internet is flooded with rumors and leaks about Samsung's new flagship. We know about everything about the Note 10 -- from its display to the cameras. But, a new leak surrounding the chipset powering this device popped up on Friday and it has now been confirmed by Samsung itself. A new Exynos chipset is being unveiled next week.

With the hubbub around Galaxy Note 10 variants only being powered by Exynos chipsets, even in the U.S, popular tipster Evan Blass decided to clear up some of the confusion. He tweeted out that only Verizon Note 10 models will exclusively sport the Snapdragon 855. Other carriers will get the "Exynos 9825" chipset-powered variant.

Samsung is now looking to change things up with the Galaxy Note 10 launch. It has used the same Exynos chipset in the Note series as the Galaxy S-series released earlier in the year. But, the official Samsung Exynos account on Twitter has teased and, in a way, also confirmed that a new Exynos chipset will power Galaxy Note 10 lineup. This means it will launch alongside the flagship on August 7.

Samsung hasn't revealed the name or the upgrades with the chipset in the miniscule 11-second teaser attached above. It's rumored to be called the Exynos 9825 and should be packing minor upgrades over the Exynos 9820, which powers the Galaxy S10 lineup. The biggest of them would, however, be a move away from the 8nm node to the more power-efficient 7nm node architecture.

It could also bring in tow an upgrade similar to the Snapdragon 855 Plus, an overclocked CPU and GPU. No one would be opposed to the idea of a little more juice to back the new Galaxy Note 10 lineup. Better optimization for increased battery life will be a must as the Exynos-powered Galaxy S10 lineup is plagued with it.

Galaxy Note 10 lineup, including the standard Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Pro, is coming next week with a punch-hole AMOLED display (sitting up-top in the center), at least triple cameras, Android 9 Pie-based OneUI, 45W fast-charging, S-Pen, and air gestures.

So, are you excited for Samsung's new flagship?
