Samsung s23 Promotion - Bad Service and Advertising

I still haven't received my s6 tablet after being approved on March 11. Despite numerous calls and emails, there is no assistance. Also haven't recieved my R2k voucher. Reading a number of comments below, it appears this is being experienced by a number of people.

Same here. Submitted my clain on the 14th of February.

8 weeks later. Still nothing

Many emails and attempted calls.

Latest; they are having stock issues and will be shipped once they in again...

I can add to this this is Terrible for samsung thinking u are taking an elite phone with no promo 😒
