Samsung reward points .. they are useless

I have accumulated almost 20000 rewards points from samsung.. I don't find anyplace we can use them.. has anyone An idea how to use them or where to use them

You can only buy from Samsung Store.

No it doesn't.. I tried to buy the galaxy buds 3 from the galaxy shop.. it gives me more useless rewards points.. there is no way to redeem them and get a discount

Make sure you are logged in with the account that has the points and on the payment page you should see the redeem points

I am sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. I purchased the Samsung Buds 3 Pro using Samsung Points and fortunately, I did not encounter any issues.

Once you have accumulated enough Samsung Rewards Points, it's time to grab the rewards that you want before they expire. You can redeem them on Samsung Store or Samsung Service APP products, depending on which rewards you prefer.

Points may be redeemed for products on Samsung.com.

You can also use them to get various vouchers from the Samsung Rewards catalog or through other app services such as Samsung Pay or the Galaxy Store. In addition, you can redeem your points on the Samsung.com website, on the "My Rewards" page.

If you want to redeem points accumulated in your Samsung Rewards account, follow the next steps:

At checkout, select Samsung Rewards as your payment method (log-in required).

Choose the number of points to use and submit. The discount will be automatically applied at payment.

Please note:

You can use a minimum of 10 points and a maximum of 99% of your points when you purchase products at Samsung.com.
