Hi did anyone receive the ta  A7 with the s21fe promo? I'm having so many issues no confirmation email then queried gt the email. Now it says imei invalid re register.  Attempted and its says I can't submit.  Seems like a scam

I received all the confirmation emails but havent recevied a phone call for delivery or anything. The last email i received stated that it was approved and that the courier company would contact me for delivery within 4 to 5 working days. Its been more than 2 weeks now.

Seems as of it's a ploy to only deliver a few just to sell the contract

Call samsung and asked, for me it took 8 days to receive after they sent that msg. Keep pushing you'll get it, it not a scam

Had the same issue with the s7 promo in 2015 they eventually said tablet is discontinued .

"Please note that there is currently a delay in Tab A7 lite promotion deliveries." Thats what they are saying. So lets wait and see

I had the same invalid imei issue. There should be 2 different imei numbers. Use the same one that's on your invoice. I got my confirmation email yesterday after nearly a week.

I did and I even sent the pic of the invoice. So frustrating that we have to beg for what's due. If a promo is run it should be available instore

It happened to me, call them and tell them your issue they'll tell you what to do. It worked for me.
