I recently upgraded my two business devices and registered for the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live and Samsung Galaxy SmartTag for each device.
No confirmation received from Samsung and every time I lodge a query with Samsung I deal with a different person.
No one replies to my emails. When I call, I get told they will look into it and get back to me. They never do.
They are blatantly lying to customers. The level of service is a joke.
How do I take this further?

Can I ask why there is such a lack of communication between Samsung and it's loyal customers? Why is it necessary to jump through all these hoops for us to get that information?
