Samsung misleading its loyal customers

I recently upgraded my two business devices and registered for the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live and Samsung Galaxy SmartTag for each device.

No confirmation received from Samsung and every time I lodge a query with Samsung I deal with a different person.

No one replies to my emails. When I call, I get told they will look into it and get back to me. They never do.

They are blatantly lying to customers. The level of service is a joke.

How do I take this further?

I was assisted by a Samsung employee in Port Elizabeth. She registered both devices. The first device was registered on 26 February 2021 and the second was registered on 28 February 2021.

No reference number / confirmation number was received for either device.

I have tried to register again but each time I get a message saying "device already registered".

I cannot pick up the second IMEI number, can you please provide the email address that was used to claim for this IMEI : 355399271862713?
