Good morning, I'd like to inquire how I go on about this, I purchased my Samsung galaxy S21+ 5G back in February and still haven't received my complimentary gifts as advertised.
I've provided them with all the necessary documentation as per request, I even went a step further calling with no luck.

Good luck with that. The amount of people in our position is a lot. If you go back in time on this Member's App you will the large amount of disgruntled loyal Samsung customers. . That "on line" store has a lot to answer for.
