Referred my friend and he purchased A71 , he got my referral benefit , i am also eligible for referral benifit but got nothing.

When raised concern with samsung customer care after waiting long hours got connected with customer care, they don't understand what is referal program.After long discussion she able to understand and raised complaint that got resolve in 2hrs (complaint no.- 1782423) but did not recieved any benefit. 

So it does not matter you give benifit or not but dont be unethical.Dont run fake offer for your sale.
