Samsung buds claim march 2020 promotion

Hey guys

I've been wondering how many people has received their galaxy buds claim since the promotion last year? It's been like 7 or 8 months and I haven't received anything. I just stop caring. But curious if someone else had a same issue?

Hi there. I did receive mine. I had to submit proof of payment of the device and received the buds after hard lockdown.

when was that? i also had to email them a proof of purchase and a code from the device. Never heard from them again

I actually spoken to them. I am not sure if there was a number on there that I called. Let me check my mail.

Hi Tiaan. Phone and mail them until you have it. It is a really good set of earbuds. You can track them in your house even.
