Hi please can I get assistance  /advice on how to claim my free ear buds. I have registered via the site and sent through proof of purchase but received an email stating the following:

Thank you for your email.

We are only dealing with GB/IE claims here.

I am unsure what the promotions are for South Africa

You claim on the members app.
Click the benefits option or scroll down to benefits on the s21 device and claim it from there. Upload a CLEAR picture (IMEI and other details must be clearly visible) under proof of purchase to avoid further delays in validation of your gifts

I did all of the above. contacted the customer service now and was advised to take the phone instore as it's registered as Great Britain 🤔 so let's see what they have to say🤞

please let me know when and if you are still going to honor your the fact that I was promised free buds and smart tag. Purchased S21 ultra in January.
