I did my upgrade on 31 Jan. I've still not received my headphones, Samsung store voucher and smart tag. I was told 3 weeks ago it will be delivered shortly and still nothing. 🤷🏽
Nothing has been communicated since then.
Really disappointed that if an upgrade is done now, people are receiving their accessories.
