Samsung S20 Note ultra + 32" TV promo is a scam

I purchased the phone on promotion in November 2020, and after sending all required docs I have still received no TV!! 4 Calls, 6 emails and no feedback. This is the most disgusting service and experience. I have been in touch with the Ombudsman in this regard.

what's really going on with that promotion it seems like no one received their TV here someone should come here and do some explaining

I think they should just give up on that promotion.

I think they should be sued coz I am sure that some people went for that phone because of the promotion so samsung should pay

I purchased the phone in December, submitted all documents and haven't received the TV. Sent emails and no response.

I'm still waiting for my TV and copies of all call transcripts to lodge a formal complaint for 4 months now. Such an embarrassment and no one in the call centre helps for real. Honestly reflects badly on Samsung South Africa as a whole. False promises, false apologies and repeated bad service. Imagine I bought my TV in the airtime I wasted.
