Your claim was approved on the 3rd March 2021. There is a delay with the delivery, apologies about that, however you should receive your parcel with the next few days. The courier company will contact you upon delivery

Its been a few days and nothing. It has been a month now and still nothing. I have not marked this response as a solution by the way. I am getting frustrated. This is false advertising and non-delivery.
