Samsung Phone dailer App issue

I'm getting frequent ads in phone app, while attending a call or while making a call, I'm getting this ads. After the call gets over If we are not locking the screen then these ads never goes to sleep and makes the display alive and drains the battery and heat up the device. It is quite annoying me. Please help. How to fix this.

I think ur using a 3rd party app like truecaller etc? samsung default dialer doesnt have any ads. if it's still there, test it by turning off your internet connection and see if there is any improvement in performance of reduced heating.

no I'm not using 3rd party app. this issue is from day 1. only for dailer app

whenever ads pop up on your screen , immediatly open google play store goto My apps and games section than click installed and change alphabetical order to recent use or Last Use .. You will get what app causing those ads. than remove that app

thanks for your suggestion, during the ad display I checked play store as per suggestion and found my bsnl app in last use list. never open this app today. so this app could be creating this random ads.
