I Still haven't received my gifts as advertised.
I purchased the Samsung S21+ 5G, but never received the Buds or Tag.
I've provided all the required information, including Proof Of Purchase.
I've received an Order Reference after providing everything that was requested from me to Redeem the Buds and Tag.
I received the Order Reference the 28th of February, but since then no communication from Samsung or any updates regarding the Buds and Tag.
Any help regarding this?
