This time I can only see this in my App but theres no way for me to open it. Im from UAE btw.
Kindly check the region of Samsung account and Gmail account to be the resident country, and check the SIM card as it must be local, also you need to check if there is any VPN enabled as it must be disabled.
If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.
Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.
