Samsung A72 app crush

Samsung galaxy A72 that is baed on one ui 3.1 is issue a app crush or not responding. Samsung recently update the security patch update . Question is ? Can samsung optimization is very poor . I am fan of samsung mobile or one ui software optimization but why samsung can reject A72 otimization .

App crash due to many reasons may be DNS or server down or coding error or API structure so you don't know what happened so don't talk like this
