Iv purchased the S22 ultra and completed all the necessary documents pertaining to the claim for the free ear buds... I have received no further information nor instructions. Any idea what I can do further??? Please help

Good day,

I was assisted in store on claiming the promotional ear buds and this was done on 31 March 2022. There has been no email which has been sent to me about any correspondence from you during this period. All documents were submitted and was given a reference number as well. Please indicate as to when I will be receiving the buds. I've also tried sending an email to altron@samsung.com with no solution.

Please assist urgently.

Undeliverable email address......this is starting to look like a scam.......if they truly were offering free ear buds then they should have put then in the delivery box with the new phone
