S22 promotion

I recently purchased an S22 as I saw the promotion where you can trade in certain phones and get cash back along with the galaxy buds live.

So I have already sent my old S10 in for inspection as it was valued at 10k on their site(regen8...)

Now I am trying to find where I can claim the buds. I phones in and the assistant said I should download the Samsung members app but I can't find any link. 

Can anyone help?

Yes, the link worked however even after submitting ithe required documents I had to call them and only then did they confirm that all was in order. I then received an email saying I would receive the buds in 7 to 14 days.

So I suggest to anyone that once you send the tax invoice and screenshot of your IMEI number, just call them to confirm that they have received it.
