S22 pre-order promotion

Just some advice to anyone who placed a pre-order for the S22 and is expecting the free galaxy buds.

Just make sure that you email the pdf tax invoice and a screenshot of your IMEI number(dial *#06#)

Then send that through to the required email address.

After a day or 2, just phone them and ask if your documents are being seen to. In my case they received the email but the case was not assigned to anyone so the assistant just assigned it and from there I received the buds within a few day.

The assistant even opened my mail and confirmed that the documents I sent were correct. So they are pretty helpful.

I never received my buds. After many emails later and a phone call nothing happened. Samsung's service is poor.
