Can't redeem samsung galaxy s21+ prebook offer of samsung shop app.

On entering IMEI for slot 1
I complained about it to samsung customer care and they are saying that wait till tomorrow and see if it gets resolved.

But the problem waiting till tomorrow was with products going out of stock, especially the free galaxy smart tag (which can't be claimed if it's not in stock). I told the same to the customer care and they said that "don't worry. It won't go out of stock. This problem is occurring for many other customers."

And look what happened

It went OUT OF STOCK


Moreover, there is a hdfc card bank offer till 31st jan only on watch 3, which I will miss out on if they delay it more.

when did you pre order it? is the same Sim inserted with which your pre ordered phone and is it been more the 72hrs since inserting the Sim?

I preordered on 17th Jan and yes it is the same sim in slot 1 with which I preordered. And it's been more than 120 hrs now since I inserted the sim.
