S21 Promo Items not received

Can somebody please assist?

I have been trying for more than 2 months to get my promo items. I have been verified more than a month ago, but still no items. 

The last email I got said it may take a further 6 weeks to receive them. And that's dependent on their courier.

How do I proceed. Whom can I complain to?
