I purchased the 21 FE on 26 February and still waiting on my gift.  I sent emails to Samsung no response.  I tried their landline and it doesn't seem to be working.  This is pathetic customer service from Samsung.

What number is everyone calling? I also had an issue with my gift claim and I called Samsung support, they very helpful.

I sent an email logging a complaint to zaservice@samsung.com and samsung@isonexperiences.com. Think you all should do the same.

I received feedback from samsung@isonexperiences.com. They requested that I send them the correct proof of purchase for the s22 promotion where you get the buds live gift. So will see what happens in the next week else I will call them.
