I purchased the 21 FE on 26 February and still waiting on my gift. I sent emails to Samsung no response. I tried their landline and it doesn't seem to be working. This is pathetic customer service from Samsung.
My claim was approved on the 8th of February and I'm still waiting for delivery, I was informed that the tablet will be delivered within five days and it has been a month now and hasn't been delivered.
It's the form you need to complete in the Samsung members app. There was a link to claim the promotional gift. Don't know if you'll still find it as the promo was till end of Feb.
