Good day,

I've tried contacting the promotions department regarding the claim but get no answer. I submitted all supporting documents on 10 March and to date haven't gotten any feedback as to whether my claim was approved or not. Please can this be urgently looked at.

If you do a search, you'd see everyone that submitted their claim for the tablet are having issues getting response from Samsung. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Yes I did see all articles.. samsung is really slipping with their service.

We also applied for the tablet.. all paperwork was sent in .. Samsung when phone to confirm and still nothing.. when we contacted head office to complain.. we where told that the promotion had ended and the call was ended... I reckon another of people where left in the dark about this promotion.

That is very rude. If u submitted claim within the redemption period listed online then the promotions call center should still be opened to assist. Sorry about that

I've also been waiting from 22Feb. Got the confirmation email saying that the claim was successful. Contacted promotions dept and they said the delivery delay is due to the high volume of purchases on the promo... which kind of sounds like they're blaming us for buying too many 😂 in short... nothing we can do but wait patiently

True I'm also waiting on mine and I bought mine in February . I got a email saying there is a delay in delivery and msg I got on the 4 of March

I am still awaiting confirmation email after submitting additional documents. Apparently they don't have stock of the tablets now.

Is your Invoice or contract dated before 28/02/2022? Because apparently that's when the free tabs deal ended? I upgraded my contract via mtn online n I didn't know about the tab not being available after the date n I selected it when upgrading. So MTN was falsely advertising!

Yes the contract date is within the promotional period. It seems samsung is quite busy with queries. Will just wait and see.
