Is anyone else unable to redeem the pre book ofder through the Samsung shop for purchase of their S21 Ultra??

Yes.. Here it's been 8 days and multiple times contacted Samsung support with no avail.

Where did you get the phone.. Cause finally i got a response from Samsung and It is not a good one. They claim the issue is from Flipkart and my phone EMI is not eligible!!!
