I am facing issue in redemption of buds of s20 offer. i have logged in from sim1 however on redemption page getting sim 2 number and showing u are not eligible i have inserted sim2 after confirmation from Samsung call center. I called customer care today and they said to remove the sim 2 for next 3 days and Uninstall the app. the same will get rectified. #samsung #samsung india

not able to redeem buds offer. saying not eligible. only using sim 1 and used same sim to register and order..customer care asked me uninstall and w8 for 72 hours. it has 6 days but it is not rectified. #samsungindia

Uninstall the app wait for 2 day and reloing its worked for me and don't forget to call customer care
