Receiving of free tv

How can we go about a tv that we got from samsung but was never delivered.  Upgrade phone and then you can receive tv.....till today  nothing.  Emails sent......still nothing

Same story. It is a scam, that's operated Internally. They apply for the TV and when it's delivered they actually don't notify you....
