Good day

Please advise when will I get the S23+ pre-order voucher as advertised. I ordered my device on the 3rd of Feb and have received it together with the tablet. The only thing oustanding is the voucher. I am getting too many conflicting criteria from the support team on who qualifys for the voucher and none of it corresponds to the promo mails received and the T&C's in the website.

All the vouchers you should only receive 14 days after the date of delivery. That is when they consider the order is complete.
The R2000 voucher you will receive in reward points only if you registered to watch the galaxy unpacked event
The R1000 rewards voucher for normal preorder will appear in your reward points 14 days after delivery.
You have to have registered and joined reward points to receive either of these rewards. If not you won't be receiving your points unfortunately.
If you bought through a 3rd party eg vodacom etc you have to register your device and click the redeem s6 lite banner and then you'll receive a voucher code of R1000 after 14 days.
But sounds like you bought on Samsung online like me.

I also got the R1000 but was meant to get an extra R1000 for using the special code they offered at checkout. Which they're telling me wasn't part of the code yet i have a screenshot offering me 50% off a cover and +R1000 reward points.

This promotion is one big fiasco, quite disorganized they went and promised us big things sent countless emails saying if you register you will get this and that R2000 included and when it's time to pay up they are ducking and diving I think they need to be reported honestly for false advertisement. Whereas people that purchase the same deal through third parties they have received their perks but we have to beg to get what was part of the deal.

I've already written the report ready for Advertising Regulatory Board as well as Consumer Council. I also bought with my standard bank credit card and was meant to get 0% interest ... the store never applied the 0% interest when sending to standard bank... so I've been charged at full interest and they're busy apparently trying to fix it... but someone phoned me on Friday telling me there's nothing they can do sorry because the issue is my bank... but the bank has said they can't apply the 0% interest because Samsung didnt tell them to at the time of purchase.

Regarding the standardbank credit i was only aware that the 0% interest applies when you buy online I did know it applies to in store as well.This promotion Is so exhausting hey, next time I will not fall for it hey because I literally signed up because of the perks being offered. Otherwise I could have gone to incredibles and other 3rd parties who were offering similar perks. I believe at this point I should join you in reporting this lack of integrity from such a big company.

Well they're mistake has cost me R6932 in lost income from investments because i had to pay off the credit card immediately to stop the interest i was accruing. I was going to treat myself to the galaxy watch 5Pro at the same time while using my rewards but i can't afford it now because of their multiple mistakes and purposefully ambiguous and erroneous advertising plastered all over the website
