Hi 

Did anyone purchase S21 models during March- 21.

They are offering some good deals but something is not right.

After my purchase now Samsung customer care says I am qualified for one year of Samsung care+!! 

They have provided with a wireless charger as part of the promotion but not Samsung care+ 

Is that I am missing something...

Thanks for pointing out I just checked and the last clause says that it is "Subject to availability". I advise you to contact Samsung Customer Services 800-7267864 (UAE)

Thank you. When I have placed the order says the additional year has been added so it cannot be a case of non availability. I have contacted the team via chat and call they have rejected my claim. This is not the first time I am facing. I had the same issue with s20+ when I bought from Samsung online back in Feb 2020.
