After emailing 'zaestore' several times for my promotional voucher for the Samsung s22 ultra that was purchased they have failed to respond.

Hi Sam,

Despite emailing the address you provided, I was asked to email another address to assist me.....really? This is ludicrous. Why is Samsung not delivering on their promises and just making people like myself go around in circles.

I am still waiting for my TV that I should have received with my Note 20 ultra which was purchased in 2020! They make empty promises. Definitely terrible service
