Hi everyone I have a question...if I bought the s23 ultra before the buds promotional offer can I still claim them on my previous purchase ...another question..I wanted the Galaxy watch 5 with my purchase but telkom told me they don't have stock ...I mean for 39 bucks a month I guess that's a steal but if they didn't have it in stock..what am I supposed to do any help please .
Lol i bought the s23 ultra in the beginning of feb, i got the tab s6 but didn't know about the R2000 online voucher until i got a email after the promo expired. Bad bad bad
Give back the phone you have 14 days or a 7 day cooling off period or something like that and ontop of it all you have a full 6 months according to the CPA customer protect act to return the phone for a refund...
