Late last year I upgraded to Note S20 & along with it was a 32" TV!
On receiving promotional code & web link the necessary form filling was done, after which I received confirmation & to expect delay of 6 to 8 weeks.
Well needless to say still waiting but with Christmas & Covid benefit of doubt was given!
I then decided to be l log in & Track order only to find 'Your order has been cancelled'
There was no explanation or email received & can't get a response...
Does anyone know where I can go from here?
