How do we get the promotion code to redeem the samsung Tab8 on S23 Ultra?

I'm trying to figure out the same thing. They're very unhelpful :(

So I called the promotion centre, and they saying only those who owned Samsung Note 10 and S23 versions onwards, prior to now purchasing the S23 Ultra are qualified. And we were supposed to indicate that in the acceptance of the terms and conditions 😒
