Promotion Buds

Good day everyone, my name is songo and i ordered the galaxy S22 ultra from Telkom on the 4th of March 2022. This was well within the pre-order period so we managed to qualify for the pre-order promotion at the time. Fast forward 2 months and many delays, I finally received my devicew recently. I tried to redeem the buds pro that was advertised as a redeemable gift but it doesn't seem to appear anywhere. 

Did I miss the redemption period for the buds pro? Is there a means I can still redeem them even if delays weren't my fault? Anything that I might not be understanding?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Redemption Period was  from the 8 March 2022 [00:00] to 14 April 2022 [23:59] (subject to availability)

Unfortunately there is no way you can redeem as the promo has ended

I purchased the S22 ultra while it was on promotion with the galaxy buds as a gift but there's no promotional banner to click on so that I can receive the gift.
How do I go through the process to receive the buds?
