Preorder Gift for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

It's been over a month since I've been using this phone and I've made calls to activate the first call and everything. Today is the 12th of May and I still have no option to redeem my preorder gift from the benefits tab, it's just the Adobe free trial. Can I please get into contact with someone who can help me out because its getting very frustrating. I know they'll end the promotion by the end of this month and I feel like this is the only thing I have left to do. 

How has Samsung managed to mess up so hard.
